Kaposvar, Hungary
Born in Hungary, Yosh spent more than 30 years working in IT in the United States before retiring and moving back home. As retirement gave him more time to focus on himself, he began noticing that his mind didn’t feel as quick as it once had. “My mental capacity started to feel slower,” he shared.

A lifelong believer in staying active, he had boxed recreationally for years, both in the U.S. and in Hungary. But as his reaction speed declined, he realized that he needed to step away from boxing. Looking for a way to keep his brain healthy, he discovered BrainHQ in February 2026 while searching online. Learning that his favorite quarterback, Tom Brady, also used BrainHQ gave him the confidence to give it a try.

From day one, he approached training with a clear goal: earn five stars and every gold medal before moving on to the next exercise. “It’s not for everyone, but I want to train and be the best each time I train. I don’t move on until I get a five-star rating or a gold medal.” He still trains every day, repeating exercises until he reaches his goal.

Although the attention and brain speed exercises are the most challenging, they’re also where he sees the greatest rewards. “The more I practice, the better I feel.” Since starting BrainHQ, he’s noticed improvements in his memory, attention, and overall confidence. “I truly enjoy the exercises. I feel I need to do this. It makes me feel better about myself. I feel the benefits every day.”

He has also gained significant confidence behind the wheel, crediting brain training with making him a more alert driver. Reflecting on a past vehicle accident, Yosh believes that consistent brain training at the time would have helped him avoid the incident. Even more exciting, he’s considering returning to boxing because he feels his mental quickness is improving.

When asked what advice he’d give others, his answer is simple: “Spend as much time training as you want. Spend the time training, and you will feel the benefits.”
