Tibor first discovered BrainHQ after reading Barbara Oakley’s Mindshift: Break Through Obstacles to Learning and Discover Your Hidden Potential. At the time, he had spent much of his life struggling with emotional regulation and a nervous system that often felt out of sync with the rest of his body. Even after committing to bodyweight training to become physically and mentally stronger, he still experienced unexplained pain and found that his brain and body didn’t always seem to work together.

He joined BrainHQ with one goal: to feel like a more complete and capable version of himself. He also hoped to improve his ability to process information, especially during programming—which he does regularly—where his mind would sometimes go completely blank.Through consistent training, he noticed better self-control, faster information processing, and a much stronger connection between his brain and body.

In the beginning, he trained up to three times a day, stopping only when he felt mentally tired. Over time, he learned that recovery was just as important as practice, especially after demanding memory exercises.

Today, he says BrainHQ has changed his life in ways he never expected. While some of the improvements are deeply personal, he credits the program with helping him become more aware, more resilient, and better connected to both his mind and body. His advice to others is simple: be patient, don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s, and remember that every brain learns differently. Consistent training can lead to meaningful change.
