AAA of Washington is offering a new software program that improves driver safety by improving the minds of drivers.

The software is produced by Posit Science, A developer of brain fitness programs.

DriveSharp aims at sharpening the minds and skills of the drivers with game-like computer exercises.

These exercises are shown to improve reaction time and reduce the risk of a crash .

“A lot of times it’s for the mature driver, so I think it’s really going to help them in improving their driving skills.” Says Penny Jager of AAA.

There is a cost to the DriveSharp program but it is discounted for AAA members.
