A good memory is a great asset. When your memory is strong, you can do things better and with greater confidence, from recalling all the ingredients in a recipe to keeping up with every task at work. Sharp memory skills are also important to your social life, enabling you to keep track of names and faces, follow-up on prior conversations, and share news with others.

In this challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to work out your memory with exercises focused on auditory memory, visual memory, and working memory.
