For a light summer treat, try this easy-to-make, brain-boosting alternative to store-bought popsicles.

The quality of the strawberries will really affect the taste of these popsicles. Try to get fresh, ripe strawberries at the peak of the season.


  • 3 cups strawberries, stems removed
  • 3 Tbsp fresh sage leaves, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup water


  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (If you want a sweeter popsicle, you can add a bit of honey.)
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
