This is a great way to start your day—with the benefits of two whole kiwifruits.

You can use soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk if you prefer.


  • 2 peeled kiwi fruits
  • 6 strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
